The Connecticut Intellectual Property Law Association (CIPLA) is pleased to announce its next meeting

in the 2019-2020 schedule. We are welcoming former Under Secretary of Commerce and Director of the

United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), David J. Kappos, currently of Cravath, Swaine &

Moore LLP, who will speak about important issues and trends involving artificial intelligence and IP

from a global perspective. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 6:00pm at the
