The Connecticut Intellectual Property Law Association (CIPLA) is pleased to announce its third meeting in the 2018-2019 schedule. We are welcoming Reza Mollaaghababa, a partner in the Intellectual Property Department of Pepper Hamilton LLP. Dr. Mollaaghababa represents clients in post-grant proceedings before the USPTO and has handled more than 40 inter partes review (IPR) proceedings. Dr. Mollaaghababa will be speaking on recent developments in IPR practice, and associated best-practices and strategies as they relate to IPR proceedings.
